There will be an ititial $5 fee for supplies
 
One bedroom-      $20
Bathroom-            $25
Kitchen-                $50*
Basement-            $20
 
   * If the stove is not a self clean there will be a $10 charge for extra supplies.
 
   *If the location is more than 25 miles from my starting location a minor gas charge will apply. 
 
 
The minimum rate will be $110
